Ark offers a range of subscription plans tailored to different user needs. The Free Plan provides access to basic features, while the Essentials, Professional, and Business Plans offer enhanced tools, higher usage limits, and additional benefits.
Prepaid packs are designed to be used as convenient top-ups for your account, giving you the peace of mind that you’ll always have enough credits to continue generating content even if you exceed your monthly allocation.
Additionally, our Prepaid packs are available for purchase even if you’re not on a monthly subscription plan. This option allows you to access Ark’s AI tools on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Payment & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or encounter any issues, please contact our support team from the support portal on the Ark Platform. You can also email your support ticket number to [email protected]. We’ll review your request and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
You can also cancel your plan directly from your dashboard. Your refund will be processed immediately and your remaining words will be forfeited.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Generally, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
Cancellation with Word Loss: If you cancel your subscription plan at any time during the month, you will be refunded. However, any words allocated for that month will be forfeited.
Downgrading to Pay As You Go: If you are downgrading from a subscription plan to our pay-as-you-go model, we understand the importance of preserving your unused words. In this case, we will transfer your existing words from the subscription plan to your pay-as-you-go account. Please submit a ticket on the support portal to transfer your words.
We do not store your billing information. Changing your billing method is only possible by canceling your existing plan and upgrading to a new plan. Your refund will be processed immediately after canceling your plan.
Fair Usage and Content Restrictions
Fair Usage refers to the responsible and equitable use of our AI content creation tools by all users. It ensures that everyone has a chance to benefit from the platform’s resources while maintaining a high-quality experience for all.
While our AI content creation tools are versatile, we do have some content restrictions to ensure ethical and responsible use. Please refrain from generating content that is harmful, offensive, inappropriate, or violates copyright and intellectual property laws.

Words Explained: What are “Words”?
Arrk uses a word-based system to provide you with flexibility and control over your content creation. Words in the Arrk’s ecosystem, allow you to utilize specific features and functionalities according to your needs. Here’s how it works:
- Word Usage: Each action you take, such as generating content, using advanced editing, or accessing premium templates, consumes words.
- Inclusive Plan: Every pricing tier comes with a designated number of words per month, tailored to the plan’s features and usage level.
- Additional Words: If you require more words than your plan includes, you can easily purchase additional words to continue using premium features.
- Words Are In-House: Words are solely intended for use within the Arrk platform. They can’t be redeemed for physical or digital currency, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.
- No Monetary Value: Words are not a form of currency and hold no monetary value. They exist to facilitate access to premium features, templates, and AI-driven functionalities.
- Stay Within Arrk: Words are not usable outside the Arrk ecosystem. They are designed to enhance your content creation within our platform and aren’t transferrable to external contexts.
Note:
Word consumption may differ between various AI tools and functionalities. Some actions may require more words than others due to their complexity.
Non-Reimbursable: Once words are used for a specific action, they are not reimbursable. Be mindful of your word usage to ensure you make the most of Arrk’s features.
Word Limit Management: You’re in control. For specific AI tools, you can set word limits to manage your word usage effectively. This feature empowers you to optimize your word expenditure according to your needs.
Word Token & Image Token Expiration: Tokens are designed to encourage active usage and to ensure that our users make the most of our AI-powered tools. Therefore, tokens expire at the end of the plan’s specified day count.
By encouraging the utilization of tokens within the defined timeframe, we aim to ensure that you continuously benefit from Arrk’s AI capabilities. We offer a variety of token packs to cater to different usage needs, allowing you to easily replenish your token balance as needed. This way, you can seamlessly integrate AI-powered content creation into your workflow, stay productive, and maintain the quality of your outputs.
